First of all John Makeyenko is not a councilman, he's a school board member second,if you are arguing and someone asks you to go outside, to most normal people that would mean you want to fight.Third john Makeyenko did not start a fight with Larry (crackhead) wegryn.Larry went after John Makeyenko when john exited the watering hole and his aggression was stopped.
And your story about the police is bullshit also. The police came and interviewed all people that seen what happened and advised larry that according to everyone that seen what happened that larry started the fight
What a fine, upstanding pillar of the community you must be - you leave your wife and child every weekend to booze it up and call your boyfriend John to do what he is known for - sucker punching guys because he's not man enough to fight fair.
This is a pattern with your buddy. He has been charged with harassment in the past, and also had orders of protection taken out to keep him away from others that he threatened.
Your dealings are not so clean either - everybody knows your history. You want to be called out on it? Keep it up!

Larry is a known crackhead and a simple check of his arrest record would show that he has been arrested for it.
